Safflower is considered to be one of the oldest crops in existence, with origins back to Ancient Egypt. Much of he worlds volume of Safflower seed oil is used in India, USA and Mexico but is available globally.
Adams US refinery has been making expeller pressed safflower oil for over 30 years. This oil is perfect for high heat applications such as cooking, baking & frying. It has a light mild taste, high smoke point, is low in saturated fats and high in monounsaturated fat. It is considered both healthier and functional when compared to other vegetable oils.
It is available in linoleic and high oleic varieties. Adams Australia has access to both conventional and Organic variants.
