Adams Australia’s Organic Cane Sugar is made from certified organic sugar cane, sourced from India. Organic cane sugar has the taste of sugarcane, however undergoes much less processing meaning it retains many of the nutrients present in the raw cane juice. It has a light colour, crystalline texture, molasses aroma and light caramel flavour. Organic raw sugar is suitable for hot beverages and can also be used in raw products, baked goods, and desserts.
